Cornwall SurfCheck > Fistral Beach

Fistral Beach, located in Newquay, Cornwall, is the most famous surfing beach in the UK. Home to the National Surfing Centre, it is the epicentre of British Surfing. There are breaks all along the beach, depending on the tide and the sand formation. South Fistral is slightly more sheltered and offers some protection from south west winds. At the northern end, Little Fistral breaks towards the rocks at low tide.
